Who is DJ Mega Jay?

Dj Mega Jay's upbringing is what defines him. The son of a Puerto Rican/Guatemalan mother and Dominican father, Mega Jay was born and raised in the South Bronx. Having been raised in such a diverse culture exposed him to different types of music. His love for music is what drove him to pursue a career in it. He started as a disc jockey in New York City at the age of 17. Since, he has gained not only experience but much respect for his charisma on the microphone and mixing skills. He is now a regular at all the top Latin night clubs in New York City, along with the North East area, Miami and the Dominican Republic. Dj Mega Jay is commonly identified by his phrases: "Quien Cumple Años Hoy?! (Who's Birthday is it?!)", "Woah!", and "It's Different!", which are imitated anywhere he is seen. Hence, his fans have too good a time, charmed by Mega Jay's fun-loving spirit, joyful interjections, and/or the well-placed talent that is known to surround him. He now embarks on his artistic career where he looks to collaborate with new talent, along with established artists. His first single "Sin Chotia", a Dominican style dembow, was released on June 19th, 2020 featuring Lyon la Diferencia. His next single is set to be released August 19th featuring Kewin Cosmos.
